High School Winter Sport tryouts begin 11/25/24
Middle School Basketball tryouts are the week of Nov. 11th.
Your child must be registered and medically cleared to try out.
Paperwork will be due BEFORE the start date of your sport. Take note of the dates below!!!

Physical and health history forms should be turned into your building's nurses' office.
Only hard copies of the physical and health history forms are accepted.
DO NOT email the physical/Medical Eligibility form
or health history form.
Uploading it to your registration portal does not deliver to us. That is only seen by you.
If you miss the deadline to turn in your paperwork. We cannot guarantee clearance for the first day of practice. This is a firm deadline.
