QSAC (Quality Single Accountability Continuum): 
Clearview Regional High School District has qualified for an Equivalency Application as per N.J.A.C. 6A:5. The district has met the criteria defined by the State for the five QSAC areas (Instruction & Program, Fiscal, Operations, Personnel, and Governance). The Equivalency Waiver for QSAC has been submitted to the NJ Department of Education for review.

Beginning with the 2011-2012 school year, our district has conscientiously implemented the requirements found in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act. During the first three years of implementation of the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, our school district has made progress in addressing and improving harassment, intimidation and bullying and the school climate. The Self-Assessment helped our school district identify areas for improvement. Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC)

The Board of Education shall provide equal and bias-free access for all students to all school facilities, courses, programs, and services, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, religion, disability or socioeconomic status.

In accordance with the USDE Guidelines IV‐O, Title VI: 34 C.F.R. § 100.6 (d) this notice shall serve to advise students, parents, employees and the general public that all Career and Technical Education opportunities in the Clearview Regional High School District shall be offered to all students regardless of race, color, national origin, gender or disability. Clearview Regional High School District will take steps to assure that the lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in vocational education programs. The Clearview Regional High School District is comprised of two schools: Middle School (grades 7-8) and High School (grades 9-12).  We serve both the Harrison and Mantua municipalities.  The community represents many occupational levels including executive, professional, skilled labor and farming.
